Ms. Vandal is a Commercial Property Manager for Shelter Canadian Properties Limited. Carol joined Shelter in 1986 and is responsible for all aspects of operational management for a diverse portfolio of office and commercial space, including Number Five Donald, and attends to the marketing, leasing, budgeting, management of maintenance and service contracts and supervision of tenant improvements.

Carol is also the Manager of the Number Five Donald Business Centre and is responsible for the staffing, leasing and administration of the Business Centre.

Carol was previously employed by the Alberta Sport Council in Calgary for six years as the Office Manager and was Office Supervisor for Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada for three years.
